POLICEPAY has completely overhauled our wage survey reports. The present value method had been completely abandoned and replaced with a cash flow model. We now separate active employment wages and post-employment benefits.

The active years are tied directly to take home pay. We now rank your department based on your take home pay before taxes at years 1, 5, 10, 20,and 30. In addition, we provide a 30 year average. We produce a replicate W2 for your department and all of your comparable departments at each of these benchmark years.

There is no guess work on your part to determine where the numbers came from. We have stripped every integral and derivative from the our model - no more calculus to value pensions and retiree benefits. You get to see every number for every year and every department in your survey. Only addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are used.
